Based in Celina, Texas Scout & Cellar Winery was born out of a need. Sarah Shadonix was studying for her sommelier levels when she started experiencing terrible migraines. Net, net…all the SYNTHETIC PESTICIDES used to grow the grapes, ADDED CHEMICALS, elevated SULFITE levels, and ADDED SUGAR in mass-produced wines were wreaking havoc on her senses. We’ve all had that one glass of WINE from a random bottle that sent us to the medicine cabinet, but fear NO MORE!
